professional experience
Galaxy Entertainment/GEG Projects , Taipa Macau, Sr. Design Project Manager [2013-2019]
As Lead Senior Project Manager, I oversaw the implementation and delivery of a range of Sign and Wayfinding programs across the Galaxy Phase 1, 2, 3A-3C, Retail, Broadway Hotel Casino, and HOH properties in the Cotai Strip Macau. Collaborating with various consultants, I ensured that all programs were delivered to the highest standards, meeting the unique needs of each property while maintaining a cohesive brand identity throughout.
In addition to my project management duties, I also served as Lead EGD Designer for internal in-house teams. Overseeing the development of two new corporate SWGSM programs, I was responsible for creating new signage and wayfinding experiences that would enhance the guest experience and elevate the brand identity of the resort. I also led the design for internal packets for the renovation of corporate headquarters in Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring that the signage and wayfinding systems reflected the company’s values and vision. Through my work, I helped to create cohesive and effective visual experiences that supported the success of the resort and its corporate headquarters.
