As a member of the team that designed and developed the renowned gym for Dana White and the UFC, I had the privilege of contributing my design expertise and project management skills to this exciting project. The Friedmutter group brought this project to my attention, and I was thrilled to collaborate with the UFC president to create a gym that would offer an unparalleled experience for their roster of upcoming fighters.
Despite the tight deadline, we worked tirelessly to develop a fully functioning gym from scratch, which would also serve as a setting for an upcoming TV show. My role as a designer and project manager was crucial in ensuring a cohesive look and feel for the interiors, which were designed to complement each other seamlessly.
To achieve this, I scoured the owner’s archives to find images that best suited the desired aesthetic, ensuring that the final result was visually stunning and harmonious.
The gym’s success was overwhelming, with the owner, the UFC fighters, and the TV show viewers all expressing their admiration and appreciation for the facility’s design and functionality. As a testament to its success, the gym continues to attract new fans and athletes year after year, cementing its position as a one-of-a-kind sports destination.
